Ohmnium was born from nearly a decade of hands-on experience, a fair share of setbacks, and a deep drive to grow into something meaningful.

I started my journey at just 16, working for a local electrical firm. Not long after, I joined a family-run business called Fixatex Ltd, where I found my feet and really began to challenge what I thought was possible. I worked hard, often finishing late into the evening, because I believed in doing things properly and seeing the job through to the end.

Leaving Fixatex wasn't an easy choice. I'd grown a lot there, both professionally and personally. But I felt it was time for something new. In 2019, I made the decision to go self-employed. That shift opened the door to a world of learning. The path wasn't always smooth. There were moments of doubt, setbacks, and plenty of lessons. But each experience played a part in shaping what Ohmnium is today.

At the heart of Ohmnium is the value of harmony. To me, this means creating a sense of balance and flow in everything we do. Whether it's working together as a team, building trust with clients, or taking pride in the work itself, harmony is always present. Just as important is the value of connection. I believe in honest, judgment-free communication and strong, respectful relationships with everyone we work with.

I originally started the business to earn a living. But as time passed, I realised money alone wasn't enough to keep me going. What truly motivates me is growth, not just for myself, but for the people around me. My goal is to build Ohmnium into a company that values support, honesty, and a strong work ethic. A place where we push past comfort zones and see how far we can really go, together.
